DescriptionI'm not running windows 11, so I can't comment on how this change looks there. On my windows 10 computer, the owner draw menu went from having a thin black outline to having a thin white/gray outline. Is this intentional?

If this is intentional, would it be possible to either revert it for users on windows 10 and below, or make it up to the ghost dev which color outline they want? This changes the look of my existing menus, and it feels a bit strange.
