| Description | When attempting to play certain songs, they will not play and will give an error that says 'The operation cannot be performed because the pins are not connected'. I imported one of these songs into Audacity and re-exported it, and now it will play normally, so I assume it's some sort of issue with the encoding. The songs I got the error with seemed to be from around 2005 or so, but that may be a coincidence. | ||||

As you reported, I think it's encoding compatibility problem of DirectShow filters. If you want to play music without trouble, please consider installing additional DirectShow filters, like LAV Filters. https://github.com/Nevcairiel/LAVFilters/releases |
