next ver : \\![raise] will be acceptable for ValueNotify header \\![open,file] cannot support, because file dialog needs valid visible parent window. To tell the truth, dialog can display without parent window according to Win32 specification, but such top-level orphan dialogs are very often confusing to the user. |
