| Summary | 0000417: SSP 2.5.58 does not install updates | ||||
| Description | SSP 2.5.58 will download the new update, but once the files are downloaded, it closes itself and does not reopen. Reopening SSP manually reveals that it is still running version 2.5.58. Attempting to update again will just cause it to close and still not install the new files. I was able to replicate this on both Windows 10 and Windows 7, and I had someone else verify it as well on another computer. | ||||
